We are actively seeking an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team!

Flourish Research is a roll-up of clinical testing sites across the continental US with a fast-growing footprint. The FP&A Manager plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization, supporting both internal leadership and Private Equity partners. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial integration of newly acquired clinical sites.

Location:  Remote
Shift:  Monday-Friday, regular business hours
Compensation:  $125k - $135k + up to 10% annual bonus + comprehensive health benefits, 15 days of PTO, 10 company holidays, and 401k with a 4% match, amongst others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and refine the monthly cash flow reporting process to ensure accuracy and insight.
• Support the organization-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles, including site-level planning and corporate overhead, using NetSuite Planning & Budgeting.
• Partner with finance leadership to streamline and rebuild month-end and private equity reporting models, reducing manual work and risk of error.
• Assist with financial modeling for acquisitions and integration of new sites into the network.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects, such as capital expenditure proposals and data requests from lenders.
• Help evaluate and report on site-level capacity constraints to better align Business Development and Operations.
• Deliver revenue and performance reporting by site and therapeutic area.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, automated reporting tools and dashboards.
